The matrix Standard

"The business case for investing in staff learning and development is well established. Organisations are finding they will have to become increasingly agile and resourceful if they are to retain and extend market share. This means the need to develop and retain competent people and maximise internal capacity has never been greater.

Whilst the rationale for this kind of investment is clear - for example in the form of training, coaching, mentoring, management development or performance appraisal - the cost can be significant.

The process of implementing and maintaining the matrix Standard will ensure a high degree of clarity, consistency and coherence in the development and support given to your people. What's more, it will align this support with your business goals and keep it high on the agenda in an overall strategy that makes sense to everyone in the organisation."
