The BCS vision is simple – to take our understanding of emotional intelligence to as many people as possible.
We genuinely believe (and have lots of practical evidence to back this) that developing emotional intelligence will lead to happier, more successful lives.
There are many ways we could work towards this vision, but our way is based firmly on our core values of quality, passion, authenticity and making a difference.
We aim to make all our programmes of the highest quality, with high levels of professionalism and ethics.
We strive for the best all round experience you can get from a training or coaching experience, combining the highest level of facilitation with practical, easy to use and scientifically grounded tools.
All of our consultants are passionate about what they do. Our philosophy is simple – genuinely love what you do and believe in it and life become much easier. All our team are all passionate about EI, and we feel sure you will feel that commitment whenever you meet them
As well as being passionate, we believe it is vital to just be yourself and be real. Again, one of the stand out features of all of our consultants is they have all been through extensive EI development, ensuring they are aware of and happy with their own personal style, personality and values.
Most psychological research shows that true human happiness comes from giving, not from receiving. This fact is an important foundation to the BCS vision – we know the more we give to others the happier and more successful we become!
