The matrix Quality Standard
The matrix Standard is a nationally recognised, flexible, non-bureaucratic framework which will help your organisation improve the quality of the service you give to your clients and your staff.
Over the past few years, I have worked with more than 500 organisations to help them successfully achieve matrix Accreditation. These include universities, private companies, colleges, adult education services, prison and probation services, county councils and a wide range of Third Sector organisations.
What’s important to me is to help your organisation get the most out of the Standard. My flexible approach will help cut through any jargon and will provide you will practical, useful tools and ideas for making sure you improve your services and achieve the matrix Standard.
For a free, informal discussion on how I can help you achieve matrix accreditation, feel free to call me on 07931 580932 or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org .
