The matrix Quality Standard

The matrix Standard is a nationally recognised, flexible, non-bureaucratic framework which will help your organisation improve the quality of the service you give to your clients and your staff.

Over the past few years, I have worked with more than 500 organisations to help them successfully achieve matrix Accreditation.  These include universities, private companies, colleges, adult education services, prison and probation services, county councils and a wide range of Third Sector organisations.
